Higanbana

Higanbana or Spider Lily has various meanings and a lot of legends around it. In Hanakotoba, the language of the flowers, it means never to meet again/Lost memory/Abandonment and it is said that when someone leaves and you are never meant to meet again a path of spider lilies will appear. It has other meanings also do check out if you are interested, I just thought it was very appropiate for Sasuke.
